What is the minimum order?
Freight starts from 1 kg by air and 1 CBM by sea. For sourcing, MOQ depends on the item and factory — we tell you before you commit.
How are freight charges calculated?
Per kg for air and truck (chargeable weight — actual or volumetric, whichever is higher) and per CBM or per container for sea. Your quote shows freight, duties and our fee separately.
What does DDP include?
Delivered Duty Paid: pickup in China, export clearance, freight, import clearance, duties and VAT, and delivery to your door or warehouse. Nothing more to pay on arrival.
Can you deliver to Amazon FBA or my 3PL?
Yes. We label, palletise and book delivery to Amazon, eBay or third-party warehouses in the UK, USA, Australia and Germany.
I buy from several suppliers — can you combine them?
Yes. Suppliers send goods to our China warehouse; we consolidate everything into one shipment so you pay one freight bill and receive one delivery.
I don't have a product yet. Can you help?
